Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

We currently ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. We may offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount — check our website for current promotions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to reship the order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at softstep113@gmail.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.
